I have this week leased my first Volkswagen, a VW GTI 2018, for a 3-year term, at an attractive rate of 0.99%. My Bytek salesman Matthew Stevenson was professional from first contact to signing. What I particularly appreciated, in my dealings with Matthew, is that he didn’t promise me anything he couldn’t deliver. He was up front. I had first wanted an elusive eGolf, which ultimately he was able to supply from the factory, to my specifications. I later walked away from that car, because my landlord is not yet ready to install a level two charger for me, which has been pretty disappointing - about as disappointing as Premier Ford’s cancellation of 21st Century thinking on environmental policy. However, Matthew Stevenson rose to the occasion, in hunting down one of the last remaining Tornado Red 2018 GTIs entering the Ontario/Québec sales zone. When I picked up the car, Matthew Stevenson gave me and my wife a thorough tutorial on the functions of the car’s computer and other pertinent details a driver should want to know about the GTI. He also told me to contact him about anything we might later have a question. My interactions with Lesley Drysale (Bytek’s finance manager) were smooth, on point, professional, and courteous. I appreciated how she stepped me through the transfer of licensing from my previous car. We have had the new GTI for five days, and so far are quite impressed with the product. We expect to like this car very much. I have read some of these online Google reviews about Bytek’s service department (some of them not very complimentary) and hope that our own experience there will be equally satisfactory to the front end of the business in the sales department, which I may recommend to anyone without reservation.

I bought a new 2018 Sportswagen 4Motion from Alex Grigorescu, and the experience was great. He is knowledgable, courteous, and genuine, and the whole process was very efficient. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a VW.

Have purchased 2 cars from them. Sales have been excellent, however, extremely unhappy with the service department so will be switching dealers.
