While trying to get price quotes for parts, does not respond to emails, phone messages, or return calls after taking information on the request. How can you count on them for after sales service if they won't even respond to basic enquiries?

I wanted to inform you about Mr. Mike Walters and the Service Team at Steele Chev. These people have done an outstand job of diagnosing and repairing an intermittent issue with the transmission of my 2018 Cadillac Escalade. It was clear to me, that this was not an easy fix and that this task required persistence and tenacity to resolve. This Service Team took full responsibility for this vehicles performance and through a multi-step process, got the job done! My Customer experience at Steele Chev, from first customer contact, vehicle rental arrangements, diagnosis and repair has been 10/10.

Bought a car there 3 months ago. They did an "inspection" despite the brakes were making grinding noise as I left the place. 3 months after, I go to the garage to fix them but we can't find the wheel key. Without that tool, there's no way to work on the wheels, breaks, etc. Now, the lady answering the phone is not answering my calls. Bad job Steele Chev. Really bad job. In addition, some employees forced me to speak in English instead of being active at offering me service in French. That's what you get for 25k in Canada in their opinion. Totally fine.

I was visiting Halifax August 24-Sept1... to drop my son off at Dalhousie. I was due back in Ontario for another daughter delivery at University of Guelph on Sept. 3. On Aug 30 my 2018 Yukon XL transmission failed. The team at Steele took an approach that truly made a difference for my family. Brandon in sales took my cold call after a local referral... and made it possible for me to book an appointment with service (lets remember that service is slammed with local customers and this is 2 days before long weekend). Brandon worked with Mike in Operations...and Mitch at the service desk ... end of day on August 31 the transmission was diagnosed, parts ordered and install underway. As an afterthought I asked Lisa at the admin team the phone number for a rental car agency... Lisa could have just gave me a number and said "good luck"... but instead, referred me back to Mitch who presented me as a priority customer to local car rental agency. Cool right?! Team work. By September 2 a deeply experienced transmission technologist rebuilt my transmission and I was on time in Ontario September 3 for a critical family commitment. I am well aware that this might have been a "we will see you September 5 Mr. McMahon" type experience. September 5 might have even been a reasonable expectation... Want this team to know that being 'unique' is worth it. Deeply appreciated. Massage chairs in the wait room aren't bad touch either when you are there for 8 hours... just saying.

Today was the worst service EVER. I've given a one star revìew, only because I have to select a star to give a personal review! I booked an early morning appointment to have routine service work done. I asked to have my car back by noon or shortly thereafter as I had appointments to attend to in the afternoon, hence the early morning appointment. When I didn't hear back from anyone by 1 pm, I phoned only to be told my car was low priority. They finally looked at my car at 2:30. I didn't get my car back til 4 pm. I didn't realize an oil change was an all day event. I missed all my appointments and had to reschedule for weeks down the road. Their neglect service caused a ripple effect of many people being inconvenienced. I should have went to a rapid lube. I would of had my car back in 15 minutes, cost a lot less and others would not have been inconvenienced due to their negligence and poor service.
