Why are they open if they have no vehicles to sell

Hello Paul, As you may be unaware there is a global vehicle shortage and inventory is unlikely to return to the levels most people are used to for a number of years yet. Fortunately Steele Chev has one of the larger volumes of available inventory in the city, and a growing number of orders coming in daily. We are open as we also have a strong service center fixing and maintaining vehicles, we also order in vehicles for customers, and help locate vehicles for customers whenever and however we can. I was there at 1:30 pm, Thursday, July 7, 2022 in the Parts Dept looking for fasteners for the rear bumper of a 2007 Pontiac Vibe. The staff in the store who escorted me into the parts dept and specially the staff in the Parts were AMAZINGLY helpful. I highly recommend them.

These people would do anything to take your money, The sales people wouldn't show me the total amount I'm paying and ticked me to pay 10k for warranty, and when I called the next day to say I wanna cancel the warranty they just ghosted me. Very bad experience

None of the warranties we sell would be that expensive, and as a full disclosure dealership, all costs are broken down on the bill of sale that you sign and are reviewed with you ahead of you taking ownership. We were recently visiting Nova Scotia from Toronto and we had an engine warning light come on as we drove in to Halifax that obviously concerned us being so far away from home. The team at Steele got us in and checked things out for us. Even though it turned out to be a non issue, this gave us peace of mind for the rest of our trip and the trip home. Great customer service especially being so far from home. Thank you again, Colin and the entire team at Steele!

all useless people work there in service centre .. i been there with my 2022 camaro and they have no solution for it .. big liars . as GM cal them back, asked for codes and scanning process . they said we didn't find any issue .. liars . they just didn't wanna fix it becUse I purchased veichle from another dealer .. definitely because u dont even have new cars in your lot ..
