I had a great experience at St.Albert Dodge. I dealt with Chad, he was honest, upfront, and actually listened to what I needed instead of pushing something on me. He wrote out my options on paper so I could clearly see everything, rather than throwing numbers at me like a typical "sales pitch." He never rushed me, gave me time to make the decision that was best for me, and answered every question I had. Evan in finance was also fantastic. He explained everything step by step, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the process. Both Chad and Evan went the extra mile and never made promises they couldn't keep. I truly appreciate the honesty and transparency, it made the whole experience less stressful. I'd definitely recommend seeing them if you're looking to buy a new vehicle.

Owning a Jeep comes with certainties and one is proper maintenance. We recently visited Edmonton from Fort McMurray and took our Jeep in for some routine servicing. Excellence, professionalism and above and beyond are words I would use to describe our experience. Richard took care of us like we were regular customers even though we had not been here before. Our service was exceptional and the cost competitive. Honestly cannot say enough good things .. bottom line my Jeep continues to be a high performance vehicle and continues to run like the machine I have come to love. Not currently looking for a trade in but now if that ever happens I’d stop here first.
