Best dealership in Canada. It truly is a 1 of 1 dealership. Thanks to Alan, Jay all the management staff and sales guys you really can’t go wrong at this store. I was apart of the sta dodge family for 2 years. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to come back and buy my first new vehicle here. Huge shoutout to Anton, Curtis and service dept for the after sales service and delivery on a time crunch.

A shout out to Shannon. A good young gentleman at St Albert Dodge. He's friendly and easy to relate to. He made the van buying process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. There was no pressure to make a decision, and he helped find the best deal possible. I had a few small issues with the van, one being the stow and go seat, not folding properly. After looking closely, he spotted a small screw wedged into the roller mechanism, preventing it from working properly. That and a few other issues were taken care of. Came to St. Albert Dodge for a service on the diesel beast. Met a wonderful salesman, Chad Dodge, and I’m the proud owner of a brand new diesel. Chad was personable, no pressure, chilled nice all around human and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to get in touch with Chad!! Thanks Chad and St. Albert team.

I called the dealership and spoke to Chad about a truck that we were interested in and came in a few hours later, he greeted me and my husband with kindness and immediately made me feel like he wasn't just trying to make another sale. He asked us questions about ourselves on the test drive and it felt like I was talking to a genuine friend and not a salesman. He was patient, understanding, and helpful through the whole process of what our end goal was and was very transparent about the whole process/vehicle. It meant so much to us and his words were very heartfelt and genuine. Everything went extremely smooth and I will recommend him to everyone from now on who is looking to buy a vehicle. I bought my last RAM at Sherwood Dodge in 2012; it has been a great truck but it was time to replace it. As it is the closest dealership to where I live now, I decided to visit St. Albert Dodge. I worked with Bailey Gall - great guy. He went above and beyond to help and I found him to be genuine. Very easy to deal with. Bailey showed us an excellent truck that I liked but, I wanted to do the online research to see if I was really getting a good deal. I took a night to search the listings across the province and found that the truck was great value for what I was getting. I went in the next day and made the transaction. Bailey, Corey, Kiatt and the team treated me well and made sure my used - new to me - truck was looking spectacular when I picked it up. If you want a low-pressure, fair price, vehicle-buying experience, I highly recommend St. Albert Dodge.

I would like to give a big shout out to Vince Manwaring at St. Albert Dodge!! I walked into the dealership last Friday with a huge dilemma on my shoulders. I needed to trade in my truck for a vehicle that both my loved ones with disabilities could get in and out of. In a short time Vince found what would work for us and Saturday we drove it home. So a huge thank you Vince, for your amazing kindness and empathy you showed us. Also thank you to TJ Fiddler - you both made us feel like family!
