First class service all the way! Both Jeff E. and Rob L. went above and beyond to help this 1st time customer get into a great car (not even their brand). I'd have no problem ever referring someone to WEMercedez... Thank you gentlemen. ✌🏽 JF

Short version: Excellent service from the sales department. Ben took very good care of me and made sure I was happy after a bad experience from the service department. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. 5 stars - would definitely recommend, but stay away from their service department unless you have a warranty and a high tolerance for lack of professionalism. Long version: I was originally going to write a 1-star review as I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with the service department at this dealership. But a sales associate, Ben, ended up taking care of the situation for me and putting me in a different vehicle and I'm extremely happy with my experience with him. To start off, I purchased a used 2007 C class from this dealership back in November of 2017. A few months later, my oil level was very low and I had thick white smoke coming out of my exhaust and a burnt smell coming from the engine. I went to a run-of-the-mill lube shop (Jiffy Lube) and paid almost $200 for an oil change and to have the correct premium synthetic oil. A month later I get a low oil warning light. Turns out my oil level was near the very bottom. Clearly my engine was leaking or burning oil. So I take it in to the service department and they book an appointment. They diagnose it and tell me that there's two different leaks, one costing about $400 to repair and other costing about $700 to repair, but they tell me only the $400 leak was necessary. I think great, so I pay about $500 in total and they "fix" my issue. Except when I got the car back the EXACT same issue was there. After a week of driving I check the oil level again and it's bone-dry. Clearly my issue wasn't resolved. So I take it back, book another appointment. And now they run another diagnosis and tell me a whole bunch of other things now need to be changed. Spark plugs, magnet coils, etc. etc. To the tune of over $1000 in repairs. And then, to make things worse, they then tried blaming me saying that the Lube place I went to must have used the wrong oil and this is what damaged my car and caused this oil-burning issue to occur. Okay, if that was the case, then what's up with the $1500 in other repairs that was supposed to fix the issue? Anyways, I need a working vehicle and I'm in no position to argue as I need this issue fixed, so I agree to pay about $300 on top of the repairs to have all the engine oil flushed out and have them fill up my oil. So, while they perform this repair, I go to Jiffy Lube to complain that they gave me the wrong oil. I speak to the manager, he pulls up my file, and shows me that they used the correct oil. 5/40 299.5 or something along those lines, the exact manufactured specified oil. It's a major lube shop chain, and a C class is a mass produced common car, not a Lamborghini. So I am assured that the proper oil was used. Anyways, I wait almost 3 weeks for my car to be ready to pick up, it was supposed to be only a day or two. But I didn't want to be pushy and call and bother them to ask if my car is ready yet. I figured maybe they were taking their time really fixing this issue and taking care of me since this is my second time bringing it in and the same issue has not been fixed. So once the 3 week mark creeped up, I called them because I needed a vehicle, it's been almost a month. I call and ask if my vehicle is ready yet, and the service rep that dealt with me said they haven't even started working on it yet because they were waiting on me to sign off on the work through an email... that she forgot to send me. I figure that's okay, accidents happen, people forget. We are all human and we all make little mistakes like that sometimes, no big deal in the grand scheme of things. But, then I get the emailed work order for me to sign off of. On this diagnosis, my tire tread was measured and it remarkably grew in tread since the last time I was there. Meaning, they didn't even bother to measure it properly. Also, my brake fluid levels were green and perfect last time I brought it in, and now it's saying it's red and needed immediate attention! So I go in with my dad to talk to my rep about these discrepancies. And she gives me a canned line of "oh well brake fluid levels need to be changed off every two years so maybe that's why it changed so quickly. But yes I will look into this discrepancy and tell you why you are getting different readings from the two different times you brought your vehicle in." This was never followed up with me. In fact, she could have just been honest with me and said "shut up and pay for more repairs, my lunch break is soon and I don't want to deal with you." So anyways, me and my dad approve the second set of repairs, this one costing us almost $1000 now and it includes flushing out the "bad" oil from the lube shop and filling it with fresh oil. So, I get the car back. Guess what? The issue still persisted. Thick white smoke intermittently coming from the exhaust, burnt smell from the engine after a drive. And my oil level dropping and becoming thick and dark brown after just a few days worth of driving. Hmmm, interesting, I suppose this means that the lube shop never put "bad oil" or the wrong oil, and I suppose it means the $1500 I sunk into totally random repairs was pointless. So I call my service rep, tell her the white smoke is still coming out of the exhaust and I think the issue is still there. She responds with "oh that white smoke is actually normal for a car of that age, but if it's very thick and excessive you can come bring it in again." I kid you not, this is what she told me on the phone which is ridiculous if you consider my history with this vehicle so far. So I drove to the service department a few days later to bring it in, patiently standing at the front. My service rep sees me (she is probably tired of seeing my face at this point) and says "are you waiting to see me? I'm super busy right now I'll be like 45 min." I kid you not, that is what she said to me. Anyways, I say okay that's fine. I stand there and wait, then a few minutes later another gentleman offers to help me. I tell him my problem and he basically has no choice but to book me in for another appointment and the only one they had available was two weeks from that date. So he booked me an appointment for June 19 at 9:30AM I believe it was. So, I brought my car in two times in a row for the same issue, the issue was never resolved, with a different story and blame each time. And now I'm left with a third appointment so I can throw more money at an issue that isn't being resolved. And I'm also left with a service rep that can't be bothered to help me and, quite frankly, has no clue what she is talking about. Anyways, around this time me and my family go speak to our sales rep, Ben, about this issue. Ben took care of me as well as my mom and dad on their new vehicles so we are comfortable dealing with him. After hearing my story, Ben offers me to trade in my car and purchase a new one. After some talk with the manager, Ben gave me an AMAZING trade-in value on my vehicle and put me in a 2011 vehicle at a very good price. He also got me set up with a good deal on a warranty so I don't have to deal with another potential headache like this. Ben turned a terrible situation into a good one as I'm now in a much better vehicle with a very similar price and now I don't have to deal with that nightmare that I had in the service department with their rude and incompetent staff. So thank you again, Ben, for all of your help and I'm really happy with my new vehicle. Also, if the manager of the service department is reading this review, please feel free to give me a call at 780-965-5548 if you have any questions. I have all of my relevant paperwork on hand and I think you have a MAJOR issue with your staff that needs to be handled.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ben Saleh when I was looking for my vehicle. Ben was very knowledgeable of the cars details and was attentive to my needs. I gave Ben and the sales team a goal to work with and they were able to put a deal together I was very happy with. All of the staff are friendly at this dealership and you get the same level of professional service wether you are buying a vehicle or just getting one serviced.

Bought my B200 Turbo from you, the first year they came out and mine was the first in the city of Edmonton. It did me well for many years till my child was born. Now I've got my ML350 4matic. Come from a family of Mercedes Benz. My dad has 4 right now. An ML, GL, and 2 gorgeous Mercedes Sports Cars. (Not sure of classes). To us, Mercedes is more than reliable luxury vehicles. It is the vehicle that saved my father's life. He had a diesel many years ago and when his vehicle left the highway in BC and flew off a cliff and down 50 feet, landing on it's roof, my father survived. He can still walk and work. The doctor in the emergency room said, "Mercedes are built like tanks, had he been driving anything else, he'd be dead". Now that's a buying point if I've ever heard one! And it's true! Always had a great experience with Mercedes Benz Edmonton West, thank you.
