Extraordinary service. From the minute you get welcomed walking in to the dealership to the moment you leave in your new car (with an extra "token of appreciation" in the boot). I got into a GLC lease agreement last month, and Bryan and his team managed to get me through a somewhat tricky deal with a 2-year work permit restriction from my side, always with great service, and everyone involved going the extra bit to make it happen. So thank you to the whole MB Ed West team. Special thanks to the lovely Shereen and Minh-Thu, and to Bryan, Mike and can't remember the Branch Manager's name (he used to be a professional football player!) - sorry. Keep it going.

My current car was written off on Wednesday 9am, I called MB Edmonton West asking for an update on where my car that I have ordered is in its shipment from Germany, I did not hear back from the Sales rep during the day Wednesday - so I sent a reminder email that evening. I sent a further reminder email on Thursday asking for an update - which went unacknowledged. Friday, I called and asked for a phone call to be returned by the sales manager , (I also checked that the salesman was at work Wed,Thurs, and was currently at work Fri). It is now 15.45 and no phone call from either of the gentlemen. I will be going in tonight to get my deposit returned. It is three business days and I cannot get a simple call returned.

I was not impressed with my first visit/purchase from Mercedes-Benz however, despite my reluctance, my husband relayed the message and I am so impressed by the actions taken by Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West to make it right. I now have a vehicle I love with the options I most desired. Thank you Jordan & team!! I was embarrassed to come in but you made me feel like my concerns were important. After today, based on the great product and the corrective action taken by MBEW, I wholeheartedly believe I am a MB customer for life.

Got my car this Saturday and the staff is really polite and amazing. Bryan McEvoy helped me in buying my First ever car and this dude deserve my respect. 5 out of 5 for him.
