I bought Merecedes Benz C-class yesterday. It was a Remarkable Experience. Shan gave us amazing service. He stayed late and was very patient on pick up day of car. Also, Mercedes-Benz Edmonton gives really good deals on car.

I recently have my Mercedez GLA250 from Mercedez west edmonton with BRYAN Mcevoy and I experience such a very warm and excellent customer service which i did not expect from a high performance vehicle dealearship. Ive been there in the morning and drive home my new ride that same day there is nothing more i can say is " Keep up the good job Bryan and all the guys there!

Well it was a good experience until I took the car home and they called and told me i wasnt approved after i signed a contract and all. Never have I heard of a dealership saying u are approved when they arent even sure let you take the car home sign all the payment agreements. Either your approved or not lol thanks for everything including wasting my time paying for plates adding to my insurance and setting me back and how embarrassing luxury dealership mediocre professionalism. If it wasnt approved it would have. Een fine but all the other bs i have to deal with now? No fine

it's called a yo-yo...i actually learned it from youtube.almost every dealership does it to mess you up.luxury or not,auto sales business are all basically a bunch of BS money-thirsty lying asses with no honor and dignity what so ever

I bought a wee smart car here yesterday and from the second I walked in the door, I was delighted with the level of service I received. I certainly wasn't buying the most expensive or flashiest car, but Shan greeted me with enthusiasm and was attentive and considerate the entire time. Jason in financing went above and beyond to make sure I could get the car I wanted. He stayed late and was very patient with my lack of preparation. While I waited for paperwork to go through, I enjoyed water and offers of snacks from other folks on the floor. After a bit, I was offered another car to take a drive and go pick up some lunch while financing was completing my sale. What a treat to drive around in a comfortable luxury vehicle to pass some time! I went to return the plate they let me use for the night while I got my car registered and when I popped back in, Shan mentioned that he was aware that I left the lot the night before without a full tank of gas and insisted he get it topped up for me. He zipped out for a minute and sent me on my way in my rad new car with a full tank of gas on them! That kind of customer service is one of the little details that can make an experience remarkable. Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West was my first stop in my car shopping, and I didn't need to make another.

Had a terrific experience at Mercedes Benz Edmonton West. My salesman Bryan McEvoy really took the time to show me the features of the GLK I purchased. Jason in finance really seemed to put a lot of thought into making sure I had all the information I needed to enjoy my Mercedes to the fullest. And finally, Jordan (the Sales Manager) was a real straightforward and stand up guy who was clearly proud of the Mercedes brand. I would definitely do business with MB Edmonton West again.
