We walked in after being with another Mercedes dealership in the past and it was unbelievable how much better this team is. From Rollie, Andy, Kathy to Yoshi the experience made my day out turn into a purchase decision on the spot for a 2017 SL450. And then 24 hours later when I realised that a convertible wasn't the best for winter I called them on a Sunday (when they are closed) and bought a second car from them - they came to my door with it. I trust these guys 100% and wouldn't even look to another dealership anymore. I would also say that as someone who has been in quite a bit over the last few days any reviews which put any negative light on the staff are quite likely false. I am not sure how anyone could leave unsatisfied. To the management team - congrats - you got it right.
