Once they sell you a car they couldn't give a shit about you. Terrible customer service once the car is sold. Greasy salesmen!!!!

I absolutely LOVED our experience at Mercedes Edmonton West! We had the pleasure of dealing with Réal Binnett. He was friendly, upbeat, super knowledgable and just overall easy to deal with! He made us feel comfortable and at ease. He made the process of getting into our new vehicle a breeze. They had everything ready for us when we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and it was just an overall great experience! We also had the pleasure of meeting Kathy Lam in the finance department. She fought to get us a better interest rate, made sure we were comfortable during the whole process. She had everything ready for us to sign and was extremely efficient! I could go on and on about how GREAT this dealership is! We will definitely be going back and I will be recommending this dealership to my friends, family members and colleagues! Thanks again Réal and Kathy!
