Buying a new car had become an ordeal for me, rather than a pleasure. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Mercedes Benz Edmonton West. Buying a new car there recently, was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Attention to detail and service are not just catchy slogans at this dealership...they are commitments they do their best to live up to. Bryan McEvoy helped us find the vehicle we wanted and we are happy with our purchase. He even liked my personal texts that I sent to him by mistake...and that was after we had purchased our car. What more could you ask for?

I read reviews all the time but rarely have an experience worthy of writing one myself. My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle for a number of months but never found the right product, dealer, or sales person to deal with. That all changed when I stumbled across an ad for what we were looking for. Brian McEvoy was a pleasure to deal with and made the buying experience pretty low stress and convenient since I had to conduct most of the deal away from the dealership. Upon confirmation of the price, Aaren Schroeder of the Finance Department was upbeat, accommodating, and made the buying experience enjoyable in comparrison to many dealerships that make you feel like you are at a parole hearing and doing them a favour. As I was buying this vehicle as a gift for my wife the team helped make the delivery day even more special by rolling out the red carpet for us, making us comfortable while we waited and by putting a giant bow on the car to aid in the surprise for her. I would highly recommend dealing with Mercedes Edmonton West whether you are looking at new or pre-owned vehicles. After seeing how much my daughter loves her Mercedes, I had to come by you dealership and take a look at the newer models. I was extremely impressed by the showroom and Tony Pullishy's professionalism made it a very informative, yet comfortable experience. I won't hesitate to recommend your dealership and I will be back.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan McEvoy (Online Sales Manager) recently at West Edmonton Mercedes Benz after doing some on-line vehicle shopping. My experience at the dealership was wonderful, Bryan was very knowledgeable, kind and professional and the dealership has a really great atmosphere!. I found a vehicle online and decided to check it out further at the dealership. Bryan was very motivated to sell, has great negotiation skills and worked very hard to earn my business.
