This week I’ve probably been to 7-8 different car dealerships, and almost every single one did not take me seriously and I thought were actually rude. When I went into Acura, I saw an amazing beauty of a first car, instantly I met Julia Lioris, she treated me with respect, made sure I knew everything I needed, she also did everything in her power to make sure I went home with my brand new first car ever THAT DAY!! If you’re walking into Acura I know you’ll be treated the absolute best, and you’ll find everyone there treats you great aswell!!! Acura made my experience getting my first car a good one!:)

Julia Loris I work for a television production and saw the vehicle we needed for the show. Julia Loris was extremely helpful in getting us the vehicle and also worked with us on an extension on the lease/rental. Very knowledgeable and helpful and so easy to work with. Highly recommend Julia for any vehicle needs!!!

I recently bought my 2021 RDX from this dealer. Julia in Sales was very helpful during the whole process. My disappointment is with the quote they offered to trade in my 2017 Acura TLX. They under valued the car significantly offered 12.5k, reasons were 2 accidents and was pulled from an auction. This depict the car been in good condition and recently replaced brand new brakes at their dealership. I rejected it and sold the car for 19k to another car dealer.

Picked up my Acura ILX today and from the day I saw it to when I picked it up everyone has been super helpful. Julia was amazing and answered any questions I had at any time. Her customer service is wonderful, very kind and honest. Julia truly made sure I was taken care of. Brendon was very helpful with showing me all the features on the car and how they work. I had a wonderful experience and am extremely happy with my car!! Thank you

My friend in Hamilton sent me a photo of her Acura MDX 2014. I advised her to go to Acura of Hamilton to solve this serious problem. How on earth a 9 years old car's roof paint were peeled off like that? It must be manufacturing defects. * I changed the rating because I got fast response from the dealer. And it is not the dealer's fault.
