Looking to get some service done, then avoid this place .. Overpriced, big egos, long wait times, rude service...

Good customer service when purchasing a vehicle, but don't expect them to keep their word on anything agreed upon purchase! Will never return to Acura of Hamilton due to bad customer service post purchase and their inability to keep their word. I now take my vehicle to Acura of Oakville and have been extremely satisfied (they'd get my 5 stars)
