Acura of Hamilton

Acura of Hamilton is by far the most professional of dealerships I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable staff in both the sales and the service department. If anyone I know was looking for a car I would recommend an Acura, and if they are going to buy an Acura, then Acura of Hamilton is a great experience in buying and maintaining your car.

Well, just bought a 2014 ILX - great car. Not sure how I feel about the service. Negotiations were brutal trying to push me for an extra $100 on my offer for a very long time - going back and forth between managers and the owner - then when I pick up my car, the scratch that was suppose to be buffered out is still there and the oil life only 30% - then told "this is normal". I thought my car was Acura certified but because I neigioted out of the 7 year warranty to get my offer accepted apparently that means I stated I didn't want the 125 pt inspection. All and all I wouldn't recommend Acura of Hamilton - too much of a hassle for very trivial things.
