BEST experience at Forest City Mazda. I called Kim on June 3 and she had me in test driving a vehicle the very next day. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered way above and beyond what I ever expected. She knew what I wanted more than I did and she was always available to answer my (many many) questions. Matt called me to get started with financing before I even stepped foot in the dealership which was a HUGE timesaver and he explained everything so thoroughly. My Mom also bought a new vehicle the same day from Kim and Matt helped her as well. I recommend Forest City Mazda to anyone looking for some quality customer service and great vehicles. We are so happy with our purchases and the service.

I recently purchased a used 2019 Honda civic touring. I can honestly say I had a great experience at Forest City Mazda. Going in alone, I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase. Thank you for the quick service on getting my air conditioning up and running properly. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Picked up a Mazda3 2022 today. There are so many good words and emotions towards this dealership but the best of them I want to address to Kim and Asaad. Guys, if you read this review, you are awesome - excellent customer service, friendly conversations, technical knowledge, transparency of every operation! I'm incredibly happy and satisfied with my new Mazda3 - fair equation of price and quality.

Kim and Matt were exceptional sales persons . We were treated exceptionally well and with great patience explaining all the details of the car and services they offered . I bought my first car from this dealership and also completed a trade-in without any issues. The team at Mazda that helped with the process. Charlie, Matt and Asaad gave the best customer sevice to figure out all the details for everything. I recommend Forest City Mazda!

We had a great experience with all the staff at Forest City Mazda! Kim met us promptly at our scheduled time. She listened to what we were looking for and never tried to force anything on us. We were given the time to think over our options without ever feeling pressured. Matt was great at explaining the extra options on our vehicle and clearly explaining our purchase! When picking up our new CX-30, Kim was proficient with the final paperwork and took the time to do an in car explanation of all the features that came with the car! We would highly recommend this dealership!
