First of all, I genuinely don’t understand why they don’t have full 5 star on Google. They deserve five stars! I purchased my vehicle few weeks ago here through Charlie, and it’s been a fantastic car. I knew, I would have some kind of problems with the car when I decided to purchase a used car since it’s 2014 model. Before signing the deal with Charlie, I asked to fix some of the problems that I found during test drive. When I picked up the car, Charlie went beyond my expectations. He and his team made the car like brand new. They fixed everything that I didn’t even notice, and ask for. On the top of that, they take care of you after signing the deal. I had a problem with the car after two weeks of the purchase, and contacted Charlie, and service department. I brought my car in, and they found the problem right away, and fixed it for free of charge. Everyone working there seems very professional as well. I can tell this is hands down the best dealership in London without a doubt

Traded in my ram for a Mazda 6, after signing the papers I wanted to get my truck back for work reasons they told me it was to late and that it wasn’t possible(even though that happens all the time) so now I have the Mazda 6 non stop problems with the infotainment system/audio/electronics they don’t know what’s wrong. During a service they scratched my car right in the middle of the passenger door from hinge to hinge. So they said they will give me a good amount for the car. That amount has declined over 5,000+ dollars( within a month)when they have not even seen that car. It only declined because I wanted to go a different dealership , it went down when Toyota asked mazda if it was true they quoted me that much.

This is hands down the best place for mazda dealership. I bought a Mazda CX-5 2020 from Toronto and moved to London in few months. But, I had an ongoing issue with my battery and I reach out to my dealership for 2-3 times stating the horrendous experience of boosting my car every now and then. But they did nothing about and instead ripping of my money. But, in past few days I had to get my car boost multiple times and as a last resource I reach out to forest city mazda. I spoke to a kind lady over the phone who listened me very peacefully and booked me an appointment for next day. And I received my car back in few hours with my old battery replaced. Thank you for your amazing service. I will certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and an amazing service.

Horrible experience we just went for a safety recall, they replaced the coverage of the steering wheel and just after the service the stearing wheel is crooked... They said is not their fault... What a coincidence...

Sadly, this dealership has gone downhill since they changed management. I have a 2016 CX-3 that I purchased from them new in 2016. When the dealership was owned by Probart, I had nothing but great things to say about them to anyone who would listen. Specifically, my current issues lie with the service department. When trying to book a service/need an issue looked at on my car, it takes DAYS for the service team to get back to me, if they call me back at all - most of the time it requires multiple calls on my end before someone finally calls back. Since Forest City took over, I have had issues with getting a hold of them, and with miscommunications/lack of communication among their team. The service manager (I believe his name is Eric), is very pleasant to deal with; however, it seems that he is always needing to provide damage control on behalf of his service team. He has even had to give me his direct extension, just to get a hold of someone. I absolutely LOVE my Mazda, and I hate that I feel the compulsion to leave this review, but they are aware of their need for improvement, as I have communicated this to them in the past; however, nothing seems to change. I called on December 29th to have my car looked at as it was making a rattling noise - no one has gotten back to me (it is now January 5th), despite leaving a voicemail. I have since taken my car to Leavens Mazda, where I received prompt responses and service.

Ridiculous and offensive new requirements for loaner vehicle

I have been a customer for at least three or four years now since I found that your mechanic Ratko, who is superb by the way, was the only one who was able to keep my Mazda Millenia, which I was very reluctant to part company with, running. Always had a pleasant experience when bringing the vehicle in for service notwithstanding the two hour drive each way required to get it there even though there were Mazda dealers a lot closer. I have since also leased several vehicles from you more recently and I have never had a problem that I can recall when it came to aquiring a loaner vehicle, and I always needed one. On my last visit, however, a couple of months ago something seems to have changed there. Staff maybe? I was now being asked for a ludicrous amount of personal information, most of which I had not had to provide previously, and please keep in mind that they were dealing with a customer who had been there many, many times before and had never been treated this way. I was, frankly, offended at these , in my view, ridiculous and offensive new demands and finally just left. This was no doubt made all the more disturbing because, just so you know what the competition is doing, I had just three or four days earlier taken my wife's Lexus in for service up the road and they had loaned me a brand new Lexus with just 25 kilometers on the odometer without any request for identification or paper work whatsoever which makes sense since, again, we have been customers for years and any information they might require they already had, as did you, not to mention the fact that they also had our vehicle in the unlikely event that I either had an accident or decided to run off with their vehicle for some obscure reason. Frankly, I was astounded at the different approaches and offended by yours and I thought that you should at least know why I will not be returning after years of relatively satisfactory service. I can't be the only one so a word to the wise! On a different note, my regards to Ratko.
