Byron is the best!

Byron sold me my used Civic a week ago. He was knowledgeable, informative and did not pressure me in any way. He showed me his integrity when he asked me if I had spoken to, or texted with another Jonker sales person, as he did not want to take someone else’s sale from them. He even matched the price of another dealer and took 2,000$ off the purchase price of my car. When I picked up the car he gave me a 15 minute tutorial on all of the “bells and whistles” and said I could come in any time if I had further questions. A week after buying the car I had a few questions about the car - so contacted Byron and he had me come back in and he and a service person looked at it for me. The person who had detailed the car before I bought it sprayed it with a cleaner, but did wipe it off fully and had not cleaned around the sunroof well (it gave off a musty odour when I opened it). Even though it was not his job, Byron wiped down the engine well and then had the car washed. Byron cleaned the sunroof area himself, going the extra mile. I read one of the earlier reviews on this site and saw that someone gave Byron a very poor review after they were unhappy with their OIL CHANGE… Byron does not WORK in the service department!! If you need to buy a car from a good dealership and an awesome salesperson - go see Byron at Jonker Honda on the Langley /Surrey border!

Byron was very knowledgeable about the product as well as a good listener in helping me choose the best auto for me. He did not rush or pressure me in any way and was respectful throughout the process, making it so much easier.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a 2023 Passport and from the beginning of the process to the delivery the vehicle Byron was excellent to work with. Byron's product knowledge was excellent, he was answering questions and informing rather than selling. Provided honest answers on the pricing so there were no surprises when going into finance office. A pleasure to deal with and i highly recommend Byron if you are shopping for a Honda or used car they may have on the lot.

Byron was referred to me. I came in to have my 2022 HR-V serviced and while I was waiting I went to the Sales department and met Byron. He was so helpful, even though I didn’t have an appointment, and he had other customers. I got a 2023 White Honda HR-V Sport, and Byron not only assisted with the sales piece, but took the time to sync my phone and ensured I understood all the bells & whistles. I didn’t feel rushed, and he was so patient with my several questions. I have been coming to Jonker since 2018 and everyone is so wonderful. From Sales, Service, Insurance, Finance, and even the GM who shook my hand after the sale…this team/location is awesome. Thank you…especially to Byron who made the experience easy & fun. Kay.

Although I had to wait what seemed like months I finally got my car! Wanted a Honda for many years and could not be happier! Experience was great and when it came time to picking up my car and do all the paperwork, it was WAY faster than I remember. Would definitley recommend these guys and buy from again! THANKS GUYS!!

We have been dealing with Byron at Jonker Honda for over 10 years and, thanks to his advice, the timing of our order and delivery of our new car went exactly as planned. From ordering with the exact specs we wanted to delivery of our new vehicle, he was outstanding. He took extra time on delivery to go over all of the cars features.
