I am discouraged when I read these negative reviews, as I have just moved to Langley and wanted to use the Honda Dealership here..... But since I am originally from White Rock, I may have to continue to go back there.... Hopefully I will hear some positive feedbacks so that I can feel like I can trust this dealership.

Horrible service. Arranged for a test drive in person and came back at the arranged time and they said they wouldn't let me test drive at that time... long story short I took my business elsewhere. Went to a different dealership instead in White Rock. Was not treated nicely and with respect.

Customer showed up saying that while his Ford Escape was being serviced at The Ford dealership he wanted to test drive a car for 2-3 hours while Ford fixed his car. He said that he needed to take his kids on some errands. The Service he was requesting isn't called a "TEST DRIVE" he wanted a "FREE COURTESY CAR", which Ford doesn't have. So he walks over and asks for a test drive. Unfortunatly we can't accomodate all requests.
