Very knowledgeable service staff. Austin was able to fix my AWD light concern on my Outlander within a couple of hours. Previously brought my car to a different Mitsubishi dealership and they made 0 progress and a couple guesses after having my vehicle there for 2 days.

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi mirage, and we had a great experience with the staff at this store. Mahboob was our salesperson and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Bank Street Mitsubishi. I have to admit, normally buying a new car is not particularly pleasant with the sales pressure. Well these guys proved me wrong, I was very surprised with their "no pressure" kind of attitude. Very fair price right out the gate, quick delivery. No surprise. It is our first Mitsubishi (Outlander PHEV) and so far we like it a lot. Time will tell but as far as the buying experience at Bank Street, again, I was please with the process.
