We were just thrilled with the friendliness and professionalism we received from the moment we walked in the showroom at Bank Street Mitsubishi! Chu and all of the staff were just super! We love our Outlander!

I had been researching the Mitsubishi Mirage online and sent a request for a test drive. Within minutes I got a call to come in that day to check out the car. I met with Mahboob and was impressed with his friendliness and knowledge. He answered all my questions and treated me and my daughter with respect. Once he got the sale and I went in to pick up my car, he sat with me and walked me through setting up my phone, explained all of the features of the car. He then checked in with me a week later to make sure I didn't have additional questions and to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. I was and still am impressed by the professionalism of Mahboob and Paul, the great customer service I received while in the showroom and after the sale. I've purchase in the past from a different dealership and never received the care I got at Bank Street Mitsubishi. I'm so happy with my car and definitely recommend talking with Mahboob!

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff, they responded to my email query within a few minutes and we set up an appointment for the next day. Mahboob was very friendly and he was well informed about the features of our new to us 2023 Outlander PHEV that we ended up buying. We also felt we got a fair deal on trade in on our 2018 Outlander PHEV.
