We wasted exactly 3 hours of our time here today. The first thing I asked as soon as we walked in was whether the car was available. They told us the car had just arrived and could be delivered within a few days. Based on that, we discussed the car’s details, negotiated the price, and even talked about extended warranties and other extras. After all of that—three full hours later—they suddenly informed us that the car would actually be available in three months! This level of incompetence is unbelievable. Completely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jawad Hamieh while purchasing my new Mazda Cx 5. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, Jawad Hamieh was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered helpful suggestions, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. I felt valued as a customer and appreciated the no-pressure approach. I walked away with my CX 5 thrilled. I highly recommend Jawar and the dealership for anyone looking to buy a new Mazda car.

I recently purchased a brand-new 2025 CX-50 Hybrid from Bank Street Mazda, and the experience was extraordinary. This is my first-ever vehicle that I own now. Love my hybrid vehicle overall design and Garnet red leather interior feels so premium Houssein ayache, our salesperson, was incredibly friendly, fun to interact with, and yet remained highly respectful throughout the process. He patiently walked us through every feature of the vehicle in great detail. Persuaded his managers to provide specific colour combination vehicle from showroom unit that I was interested in. Helped me to get a free Winter tire package deal including winter tires, wheels, sensors and suggested useful accessories as well On the financial side, Zein, the finance manager, went above & beyond to make the process smooth and helped with vehicle protection plans. He handled all the necessary arrangements efficiently, provided me with all applicable savings and ensured everything was ready on time. You guys did an amazing job throughout and made me genuinely happy on my Birthday!! Special thanks to person who delivered vehicle to my home after his working hours. I highly recommend Bank Street Mazda. A big thank you to Houssein, Zein, and the rest of the team for their outstanding service!
