If I could give a lower score, I would. On 6 Dec I signed a contract to purchase a vehicle and made my deposit. I traded in my truck which had a 19,200 loan to pay out. We are now 21 Jan and the loan has still not been paid out. The lender took out an extra payment and thankfully did not pull the second as they continue to await payment. Every time that I speak with the salesman or sales manager I get a different story that always ends with it is the lender’s fault, or worse yet, mine. The contract also has a number of irregularities, such as no deposit amount on the deposit line, government PHEV rebate listed as a manufacturer rebate etc. The bottom line is that they are extremely dishonest, will not take responsibility for their actions and treat customers like dirt.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and I my experience was great! My salesperson Peter walked me through everything and was very personable and easy to deal with. The financing was taken care of by Sully and he was able to find me a reasonable rate which was good. Would definitely recommend them!

I sold my 2020 Honda Civic here today through Caleb! He was extremely patient, reasonable, and kind throughout the entire process. There was never a point where I felt pressured to do anything. My sister came with me and he even took the time to give her a quote for her car as well. I was very nervous about selling my car but he made it feel so easy. Thank you Caleb for the best sales experience I’ve had.

Had an amazing experience today at this dealership. My sister was selling her car and I was looking to get a quote for my own car. Caleb was the best help. Things were easy and comfortable.
