Rebecca is an amazing service representative. She is friendly, reliable, and extremely good at her job. I quite enjoy visiting with her whenever I am in for a regular oil change or on the rare occasion when I've needed service work. Hearing her friendly, familiar voice on the other end of the line, is a refreshing change, in a world which is becoming ever more impersonal and automated.

Today I walked into SMP and was greeted by Tyson Chretien. He was very patient, kind and worked hard to give me the very best deal. I 100% recommend SMP and Tyson. I left the lot with my first vehicle bought from a dealership. Thank you SMP!

Buyer beware. Wife was quoted 179.00 (225 w/ tax) for a key replacement but they didn't tell her the price of the key (144). Came back in, paid it because REBECCA FRIESEN didn't seem like she was going to take any responsibility for it (she "didn't have the part so she couldnt put in on the paper"?). When my wife said she would be telling people about the incident REBECCA FRIESEN responded "well we're very busy without you." Shouldn't be too hard to add a part price to a quote REBECCA. I expect a feel-good rebuttal to this review (cause they always do) but don't bother- you guys don't need our business anyway.

Horrible service, Rebecca friesen Gave me a receipt on how much it costs for everything. Went back in today, went to go pay, and she ended up charging way more than it said. you guys are so prideful how you scam people. And Rebecca, you are not a nice person. You are rude from the jump. You are very disrespectful to customers. You act like your a very entitled person who gets what you want. You guys don't need business. You people are scammers 1000%. Next time put everything on the receipt! Own up to your mistake instead of making people feel stupid for your mistakes.

It was a very good experience dealing with Sherman and the finance team at SMP. It couldn't have gone any better for a Saturday deal, in and out with a new car in around 3-3.5 hours!! Thanks for your professionalism!!
