5 Stars just for Krista Mitchell at SMP!! She is hands down one of the best auto salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we connected, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from SMP this time, Krista made the entire experience feel welcoming and pressure-free. She truly made me feel like we could explore every option and test drive anything we needed to feel confident, something I definitely didn’t experience with every salesperson. Another rep made me feel like I was not worth the effort, likely for being particular, but Krista treated us with respect, professionalism, and genuine care. I’m already recommending her to friends and family, and I absolutely will continue to do so. I recently just took my vehicle in. I don’t know if I will ever come back go be honest. Will use Sherwood from now on. Had my vehicle booked in for an appt. Come and get told that they are super busy and my vehicle might not get in and it’ll have to stay the night. Not sure how this works when I had an appt booked for 2 weeks. The service advisor that helped me seemed she had no interest in helping. My vehicle ended up getting in, but none the less it was a very hectic experience. If you plan on going here. Be sure to be ready to potentially have your vehicle booked there forgot two days cause of “how busy they are”

Great service. We seen an ad on facebook for a car and was able to make an appt for next day for viewing. Managed to work out a really good deal. Thank you to Brenden Ka for making the entire process super easy! Definitely would recommend SMP to others!
