Greatly appreciated the professionalism and prompt sales service that RYAN provided. A simple phone call conversation with RYAN regarding what my criteria and conditions were relating to the 2025 Sportage, from the test drive, then sale and finally delivery. RYAN is very detailed oriented, driven and passionate about his customers while being very knowledgeable about the Kia fleet of vehicles. I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Seltos with the help of Jad. He was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. I also wanted winter tires installed on the day of pickup, and despite the service department being fully booked, Jad made it happen. His dedication and excellent service made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

We had an unfortunate situation with our car last month, and when we brought it to Kia, they walked us through our options. We ultimately decided to get a new car, and yesterday, when we visited the dealership, we were greeted with a warm smile from Jad. He was incredibly professional, caring, and informative, which truly put us at ease during this transition. We also met with Kaz, the financial advisor, who was just as kind, friendly, and helpful in working with our situation. The level of hospitality and care we received was exceptional. If you’re visiting this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Jad—he will not disappoint! And be sure to have Kaz assist you with the financial process. These two are absolute gems! Cheers!
