I had a great experience buying a car from Nathan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. With the exception of one person, the staff at this location is great! I do all of my required maintenance at this dealership as it was included in my purchase (oil changes only). A good extra purchase when you buy your vehicle. It works out to a quarterly oil change equal to about 60$ X 4=240$/year. You pay about 1000$ up front for the life of the vehicle. Not a bad deal if you keep your car for a long time. This basically works out to about 4 years. My car has several issues and minimal mileage. I’ve had to replace the wiring harness (2k+), and now my A/C needs to be replaced (10k+!!!!!)! It’s the EXHybrid 2016 with now 60k/km on it. How can such essential items need to be replaced on a car with less than 100k on it??! While I don’t blame the staff I have second thoughts about purchasing another KIA which maybe soon given the exorbitant cost of repairs.

"Jadd" give us a very good service in buying our first car. Its accent 2012 and we really like ut service is very fast we just get our car in 1 day additionally the staff is cooperative.
