Just purchased my brand new 2024 Honda civic hatchback sport from Gary and he was amazing to work with! Highly recommend him when you’re looking for a new car! To add it was worth the 1 hour and 15 minute drive to purchase from Riverview Honda 😊

I am very disappointed writing this review, after leaving a 5-star review just last year. In order to protect the reputations of their salespeople I will not name names publicly. However, I will leave my email below in case Riverview Honda asks further about my experience. My entire family have been LOYAL customers of Riverview (previously Sutherland) Honda, since 1990, so 34 years as I write this. When my newly separated mother moved here to Fredericton with me, we chose Honda as they had been so good to my grandparents. They purchased their 1990, 2002, 2006, 2010, 2013 accords through you, and their 2017, 2019, and 2021 CR-V through you. Mom and I bought our 2013, 2018, and 2020 Civic, and 2023 CR-V through you. My grandparents have always leased, and their CR-V’s lease was due to end in May 2025. However, they received an RSVP to a private event at Riverview Honda (May 14, 2024 I believe). This event was about upgrading your vehicle. They were interested in upgrading to a new CR-V. My grandfather has Lewy Body Dementia, and so I rsvp’d for them to this event, as my grandmother has never gone through the process of buying a car, so mom and I agreed to guide them through it. But I chose the salesperson that sold us our CR-V last year, because he was fantastic. However, this was not the same person has my grandparents had dealt with before my grandfathers dementia. Upon arrival, the event was poorly organized, with salespeople unaware of appointments we had made with them online. We initially spoke with the person who sold us our vehicle, but the person my grandparents used to deal with spotted them and assumed that they were there to see him (again poorly organized). When they told them they had an appointment with another salesperson, they asked why (not really their business), then proceeded to storm off in a little hissy fit (not literally, but for a professional in a workplace, it appeared very unprofessional). My mom caught up with him and explained why we chose the other guy (again, we had exceptional service with him, and we were tasked with signing up for this event, as my grandfather can’t, and grandmother doesn’t know how). She also told him about my grandfathers dementia diagnosis. It seemingly all got sorted out though, when the two salespeople spoke, and the one we dealt with agreed to transfer to the person my grandparents dealt with before. Which was no problem. But the way he spoke to my grandparents I did not care for, I honestly found that he spoke down to them, and interrupted my grandfather when he was struggling to find the words when he was asking a question (he has aphasia). He then added that since there were some rips in the fabric on the back of the rear seats (evaluation for trade in) they would have to pay to repair it, and that he would get back to us with quotes. We also were told that there were no 2024 CR-V’s in the trim they wanted, and that the only option was to wait for 2025’s. But didn’t know when they’d come in, or cost. I get that that isn’t the salespersons fault, but still disappointing. It is now June 4, 2024, nearly a month later, and this person has not once followed up with my grandparents. It’s okay though, Fredericton Nissan was phenomenal, and they took their business there. I would return to Riverview Honda, but choose someone else to help me buy a car. The service desk is a nightmare. Worst service ever. I cannot believe how rude they are since changing ownership. I’ve bought Honda all my life and the service was impeccable when it was Sutherland Honda. 3 times in a row they failed to order me a pick up when my car was finished. Each time Giving me a different reason of how it wasn’t their fault. Never apologized once.

Great service up to after the sale of the vehicle. After the sale forget it! Bought used( end of Feb 24) based on condition and kms and the Honda name. Immediately had issues with vehicle, which were corrected or so I thought. Easter Monday(approx a month of owning truck minus a week as truck was in their shop for a week) I called and spoke with used manager and explained my issues, I was told to call service for one issue and business manager for the other about this great "glass and tire insurance" they get you for $700. I left messages for business manager including my name and number, never got a call back. I emailed his work email explaining I needed info on glass insurance I paid for. It's now April 11 and ten days later still no call. I didn't even bother calling service for the other issues. It was a much better dealership when it was Sutherland's...too bad as I won't be back. I love Honda's but this place is only about the sale trust me!

Great experience from start to finish. I was offered a fair price for a trade in, the sales price was negotiable and delivery was on time and as expected. No hesitation dealing with Riverview Honda in the future.

Jason was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with when getting g our new CRV. I especially liked how he sat in the car with us and took time to review every detail of the car including setting up phones, etc. before we drove away. Bravo Honda!
