This is my first time buying a Honda, and the service from both the sales associate Jason McCloskey and the finance manager Chris was exceptional. Communication during the sale and delivery of the vehicle was exceptional!

Very disappointed with Riverview Honda's service department and will be taking my business elsewhere. If I wait for them my extended warranty will be expired before they even get the parts in. I can't trust them to order parts or return a call, makes it hard to hand over my car keys. March 21, 2024 Took Civic in to get an oil change, advise on a broken seat release cable and general inspection. Found a couple of minor damage points and AC coolant leak. I was told I would be called in a week when the parts arrived. Never received a call. April 10 Called in to follow up, was handed off to several people, and was told I would get a callback next week. Never received a call. May 10 Saleswoman called about a Honda Sales event, I asked about the parts ordered, she checked and said I would get a call next week. Never received a call. June 20 AC stopped working. Called in to follow up about the parts and that it had been 3 months. Was told I would get a callback that afternoon. Got a callback and was told they would order the parts and would follow up with me the next day. No further callback was received. June 27 Called in to follow up again. The guy I got put through to said he was the guy who was in handling the initial inspection, and that he was not the one I talked to the week before. He said he was ordering the parts right now. July 11 Called in to follow up, talked to the service manager. He could not find a parts order and said he would talk to the original inspector again (Craig) and see what was going on and get back to me. After 2 hours I called back before it closed, was told they would put the parts on back order and they had no idea how long it would take. July 24 Got a letter from Riverview Honda letting me know my transmission fluid should be changed, so I called in to schedule an appointment with the service manager. I asked to confirm that the parts for the original inspection had been ordered, she could not see the back order and would have to talk to the original inspector if it was on back order. She told me he (Craig) would get back to me the next day. Never received a call. July 30 Called in to cancel transmission fluid change appointment and the work related to the original order.

I just purchased a 2021 Honda Ridgeline from Riverview Honda, the purchase was amazing, Jason from sales was very easy to get along with and negotiate the deal, all went well, it was nice talking to the sales manager, the service team who detailed my ridgeline did a perfect job I was very impressed, this is my 3rd Honda and my second one with Riverview, I have always been impressed with their service department and dealing with Brenda over the years has been nice, now I look forward to my Ridgeline and the many years of trouble free driving knowing that Riverview Honda will always be there to help me if I require it, thanks again for the painless purchase of my new vehicle, cheers

10 July 24. Oil change and 12 volt socket installation on my TransAlp. 3 hours in I ask the service desk how much longer. No clear answer. Go for a walk outside, see the mechanic come back from Tim Hortons (Paying by the hour of course). A few minutes later the service desk tells me they can't install the 12 volt socket because another accessory that Honda installed is preventing this. How come Honda was not aware of this? Finally figured out that getting the instructions from Honda US they found a way around the problem. Certified mechanic??? 4 hours later I leave the shop with a $430 bill. Coming to a sets of light on the way home, the motorcycle smells weird. Look down, lots of smoke is coming up the engine guard. Pull over a bit further. Oil in the bottom of the engine guard and on the exhaust. Very sloppy job. Not professional at all 👎🏻 Unless absolutely necessary or warranty issue I will not got back to Honda Fredericton. Terrible job from the service/mechanic.
