If you're out of warranty don't bother. Awful online booking system, excessively long wait times while waiting for service, poor communication between departments and between honda and customers. Appointment times mean nothing youll sit there over an hour before they even glance at your vehicle. Parts department is a disaster, 2 months and I never got the part I ordered (well 1 did come in, they sold to someone else because i didnt come for it...... they never called, called again weeks later after they said they reordered.... no record of any order) took my vehicle elsewhere and had it re-inspected, fixed and driveable in a day. Glad to have found somewhere else to go wouldn't reccomend honda to anyone for parts or service.

Jeff Irvine is an amazing salesman! My husband and I have been dealing with Jeff for many years and have purchased 3 vehicle from him. Well I finally bought my first Honda. I was really happy with the service and the sales guy I spoke with, Gary Crittenden was not like most sales guys, he actually listened to me and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and he didn't rush me into anything. I felt very comfortable talking to him. My thanks go out to Gary Crttenden and Chris his business manager for making my buying experience of a vehicle at Riverview in Fredericton, the best I ever had. Thanks guys.

Was charged double what my quote was. My car was there for 5 days for brakes, rotors and a caliper and not once did I receive a phone call on the status of my car. As long as they get their money they don't care how they treat their customers. Never going back.
