Tacoma purchase

We had such a great experience with Ted Rush and team at Collingwood Toyota. The whole team was extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Collingwood Toyota to anyone!

I cant say anything about the sales department, as I had no dealings with then. However, wated over a year for a part on a recall. Then when the part came in, they scheduled an appointment at 10:30am to get the part installed. I showed up at my scheduled appointment time. It was only supposed to take 30 min, they told me they were busy. I had to wait over an hour and a half. Then they finally told me that I could use the shuttle to go home cause the mechanics were going for lunch. Then, finally at 2:15pm they called me to come pick it up. Had to wait for the shuttle, that's no problem though, I get travel time. By the time I got my Van back I had wasted the entire day. For only what I can assume was mechanics not getting as much money to do recall work, si they don't want to do it. I was told all this was because of people on vacation. Then manage your people better. Absolute junk service. Will never have a car serviced here again!!!

My father bought his Toyota Tundra from here, it's been about a year or so without any issues, he was happy with the sales process and got a good deal on the vehicle he wanted. Shane did a great job with the sales and delivery of the vehicle.

Shane was professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and his listening skills are superb. We enjoyed his low pressure approach. He answered all our questions. We appreciated being able to make a deposit on the vehicle and delay pick-up for a few weeks. On pick-up, he spent 2 hours explaining and demonstrating all the features on the highlander. He also offered to do a review later if we forgot some of the information. As well he came to our home to ensure that the garage door opener was working and that the blue tooth phone phone connection was functioning. We would say that is going above and beyond the call of duty. We are very happy campers ! sincerely, Bill & Dale Becks

Sales associate Shane assisted us in buying our 2015 Toyota 4Runner, he was there with a simple phone call and worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted and for a great price, we felt truly respected and it was very easy to deal with him.
