We've been dealing with Collingwood Toyota for the past 25 years: new, used and leased vehicles. Service, sales, support staff have all been great to us. Never had a bad experience there, never had a problem with any car, either. We've asked for advice, about care, financing, service - they've been open and friendly. That's why we keep going back. plus the cars are also top-notch vehicles.

I have been dealing with Ted Rush and the great people at Collingwood Toyota for almost 20 years. I never feel ill informed or pressured to make decisions. They always take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. They let me take as much time as I need to make inquiries and decide what I would like. I also like that they also suggest what they think will meet my needs. I trust their input and knowledge. They give superior customer service from start to finish. They explained what my vehicle was worth and presented me with viable options. They explained the financial details as well as the value of the platinum extended warranty I purchased. pricing and payments were explained completely to my satisfaction and when I picked up my car Ted went over everything in great detail so that I would be comfortable with my new car. The whole process at Collingwood Toyota is fun and painless!

I cant say anything about the sales department, as I had no dealings with then. However, wated over a year for a part on a recall. Then when the part came in, they scheduled an appointment at 10:30am to get the part installed. I showed up at my scheduled appointment time. It was only supposed to take 30 min, they told me they were busy. I had to wait over an hour and a half. Then they finally told me that I could use the shuttle to go home cause the mechanics were going for lunch. Then, finally at 2:15pm they called me to come pick it up. Had to wait for the shuttle, that's no problem though, I get travel time. By the time I got my Van back I had wasted the entire day. For only what I can assume was mechanics not getting as much money to do recall work, si they don't want to do it. I was told all this was because of people on vacation. Then manage your people better. Absolute junk service. Will never have a car serviced here again!!!
