The sales person was forthright and respectful during the buying process. He provided honest and accurate information and was thorough in explaining my options and the vehicles particulars upon delivery. The Financial Services Manager was also extremely helpful and pleasant.

We stopped in a few months ago to start our look for a new car and fell in love with the Venza. We did look around a bit and did some online looking, but kept talking about the Venza. Then we saw the Highlander, and liked it too....Ed, our salesperson, was very patient as we went back and forth between the two. He was never pushy or applied any pressure to make a decision, which I really appreciated!....we took our time, and this was respected, a big deal for us!...the staff could not have been nicer or more pleasant to deal with. Thank you to all of you for making this a very successful and rewarding experience!.. A special thanks to Ed..we will recommend him to our friends....We love our new Venza!.....Barry and Martha Jack

We've been dealing with Collingwood Toyota for the past 25 years: new, used and leased vehicles. Service, sales, support staff have all been great to us. Never had a bad experience there, never had a problem with any car, either. We've asked for advice, about care, financing, service - they've been open and friendly. That's why we keep going back. plus the cars are also top-notch vehicles.

I have been dealing with Ted Rush and the great people at Collingwood Toyota for almost 20 years. I never feel ill informed or pressured to make decisions. They always take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. They let me take as much time as I need to make inquiries and decide what I would like. I also like that they also suggest what they think will meet my needs. I trust their input and knowledge. They give superior customer service from start to finish. They explained what my vehicle was worth and presented me with viable options. They explained the financial details as well as the value of the platinum extended warranty I purchased. pricing and payments were explained completely to my satisfaction and when I picked up my car Ted went over everything in great detail so that I would be comfortable with my new car. The whole process at Collingwood Toyota is fun and painless!
