Fabulous sales team and great seamless experience

Thanks to all the sales team and staying a tad late to accommodate my work schedule. Every question and inquiry, on line or in person, was answered quickly and precisely. I felt there was an element of honesty and helpfulness that was more sincere than other dealerships at Toyota Collingwood. I bought the right car for me and the transaction was seamless and fast. I look forward to learning more about the Hybrid that I purchased and know that both Tim and Shane will help me out if I seek them out! Thanks Team!

i had a very pleasant experience with the leasing of my Toyota Camry 2017 XLE. Both Ed and Ted were very helpful to meet my needs. This is our 5th Toyota. Ted went over all the new facets of the new Camry. He is going to help me set-up my phone when I have my new one. Collingwood Toyota has been so far for us our No. 1 destination when we need a car. We love the service and the people that work there.

Excellent. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Collingwood Toyota. If I didn't have a good experience I would not drive all the way from Tottenham to Collingwood to buy a car from Shane Stoodley.

This was our third Toyota vehicle purchase at Collingwood Toyota and I'm sure it won't be our last. The staff from service to sales have been a pleasure to deal with over the past ten years at Collingwood Toyota.. Getting into a Hybrid Vehicle was a new experience for us with many questions and concerns, but our salesman Ed Akitt put our concerns to rest with his knowledge of the Prius product and arranging test drives of two Prius Models. When we first walked in the door at Collingwood Toyota the staff sincerely waned to help with no pressure put onto making a decision. The salesman ( Shane) knew our car very well and was prompt on answering any Questions in person or by phone or email. His walkaround of the Rav4 was very precise. Overall our experience was good. Shane, our sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly - Shane was non-pushy which garnered our respect. We've driven our new car for the last couple of days and are happy with its performance and overall driving qualities. Definitely a positive experience and would recommend Toyota Collingwood and especially Shane to others.
