Smooth experience. I got my Malibu same day, thanks to Amardeep for an amazing customer service. He was clear with the information and car specifications, pricing and dealt with utmost clarity. There were no hidden charges and he was very professional.

I was very impressed with the service we received. Staff there are very quick to help, even after the purchase of a vehicle. If any lingering issues with vehicle they are quick to resolve the problem. I think the prize mountain is a nice touch too. We got a free set of non stick pots and pans!

Was looking for a new vehicle and had no luck with any other dealership and SMP Chevrolet actually went out of their way to help and find me what i need. Followed up on my needs and got me what i wanted in a week. Had a very pleasant experience with sales rep Brandon and Jami our financing lady. They made purchasing this vehicle very pleasant and we felt at ease all the time and was explained if every little detail. Thank you Brandon and Jami for helping us getting a the truck of our dreams!!!

To be fair, the staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. I have had my car for less than 90 days and it threw an engine code. I called the next day (Monday) and made an appointment to bring my car in Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I was called to tell me they had not been able to get my car in, Wednesday was the same story, not able to get my car in. Thursday my car was ready, was told I was called twice earlier in the day but my phone was plugged in and showed no missed calls. My repair apparently took 0.6 hours, but my car was at SMP for 2.5 days. And I was charged for the repair because it apparently was not covered by the extended warranty I purchased. I would not recommend people go to SMP service.

We definitely understand the frustration, and we do our best to provide same-day service to our customers, however sometimes the shop can be very busy. Very knowledgeable staff. Krista and Jami were awesome to deal with. When I was on the dealership tour the Service Manager was awesome as well. I think his name was Brent.
