Major lack of organization, screwed me over on a rust claim after waiting over a year, lies to customers, fraudulent practices. Will never go to this dealer again.

My boyfriend and I had the best experience at Bytek Volkswagen with our super knowledgable and friendly VW specialist Mark Zinck! Seriously... this was our first and only stop on our road to a new car. We test drove the 2019 Jetta with Mark informing us of all of its features. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything and Mark made us feel so comfortable with the entire process we wish we could go back just to hang out and chat! We are OBSESSED with our 2019 Jetta and recommend anybody interested in a VW that they take the trip out to Bytek to have Mark help you. Even if you are all the way in Barrhaven like we are, taking that extra time to drive out to St.Laurent was well worth it. Highly recommend Mark @ Volkswagen Bytek!

Terrible customer service from Jenna Leonce where she snapped at me and was acting weird; possibly high. Greg Taylor didn't seem to care and was trying to manipulate me not to leave a review. I can't believe he allowed his employees to insult paying customers like that without consequences. He followed up with me a few days later but it was a total waste of time. He then also didn't care when I told him I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. He only used generic answers designed to brush people off. Judging on the other negative reviews Bytek has had lately; it seems that none of these will be fixed anytime soon. Watch their response to this being completely generic with no real resolution or offers to genuinely fix it. @Bytek: People deserve to know the truth on how you chose to treat the situation. You chose poorly.
