Showed up mid afternoon looking to get some information about a specific car, was greeted at the front desk by the receptionist and she was very polite. The salesperson on the other hand made it feel like it was a major inconvenience that I came in that day, and really made it seem like he’d rather be sitting at his desk instead of dealing with a potential customer. I stood around while he checked for information, saw him walk by a couple times before finally coming back. I’ve been to other dealerships in this area and they were super pleasant and helpful, unlike this one. Wouldn’t waste my time going back, whether I’m looking to buy a Chevrolet Spark or a Cadillac CTS-V.

We just had the worst experience of our life with the body shop. We spoke with the body shop manager and the sale manager and they were both very disrespectful and rude. We just wanted our car back in the condition it was before the accident and were told “ we already received more than we deserve.” We do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! No one should be treated the way we were.

We just had the worst experience of our life with this dealership’s body shop. We dealt with the body shop manager and store manager and they were both very rude and disrespectful. We only asked for our car to be returned to us in the shape it was before the accident and we were told “we already received more than we deserved.” I do not recommmend this dealership to anyone. I have left a message for Mary Nurse to call me back and would greatly appreciate it. I don’t want anyone else to experience what I had to.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle from Alicia Buschert. My first interaction with Alicia occurred a few months ago when my brother purchased his car from her. After hearing the lovely things him and my Mom said about her, I decided to reach out to her for my purchase. Everything about the expereince was well beyond expectation. Alicia is knowledgeable, friendly, and very reliable. She spent a considerable amount of time reviewing all of the features of my car, and showing me how to use the technology. Service at it's best . They found leaking oil lines on a routine check . Also had required maintenance work done . Thanks for a great job .
