Great salesman

Jonathan was fantastic to work with. He found me the perfect car while accommodating shopping with a baby and being respectful of my schedule. The finance department was the weak link in the entire experience - wasted our time, had details wrong and never had the paperwork ready. I would buy from Jonathan again in a heartbeat but would hesitate working with the dealership.

In the past I had went to Jim Thompson Chrysler for maintenance. When I decided to change vehicles Thompson Chrysler was my first choice! I met Dean Myles, Salesman. Dean offered me opinions to help me find the truck that was right for me. From start to finish the purchase process was efficient and hassle free. We walked into the dealership to explore our options in buying a car and walked out a couple of days later with an excellent Ford Edge. Matt has provided an absolutely outstanding customer service and has gone above and beyond to cater for our needs. We'll definitely be returning to the dealership when we will be looking for our next car.
