I bought my 2018 Ram Express blackout edition at Jim Thompson Chrysler. It is my first new vehicle and Dean helped me every step of the way. My experience at Jim Thompson was excellent. I got a great deal on a great truck. Thanks Dean.

As far as customer service goes when buying a car, you want a pleasant, straight shooter who looks you in the eyes and works to get you to where your comfortable with a deal. You can feel it when it's there and certainly when it's not. It's no surprise that many customers repeat and recommend Shawn Whitman.

My wife and I were very happy with the experience Steve was able to provide for us. He made every effort to not only get us a good price on a good vehicle, but was also able to give us the most for our trade in. The environment was friendly and very comfortable. Any questions I had for him, he was able to answer for me, even if I was sending a text a bit past regular work hours. I will be a long time client of Steve's and will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle.
