Good customer service. Honest and respectful. Easy to communicate which lead us to purchase the car on the same day we came in.

Don't trust them and their mechanics: We are tourists from Europe and bought a used car at roadsport honda just 2 weeks ago to travel the country with it. Roadsport honda sold it with a new safety inspection included so you would suggest everything should be working fine with the car. We are now in Québec and had to take it to the mechanics again and there is something really wrong with the suspensions. Bottom line is it will cost us another 400 dollar to fix the car. That was not part of the deal and that is why there is no way you should ever buy a - used - car from that place! We are screwed now and I wont want that to happen to more people.

Hi Paul, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I only wrote down exactly what happened to us. We were even told that it is a super dangerous thing that needed fixing right away. We weren't allowed to even go back to the road with the car anymore. It is apparently something your mechanics could not have missed there must have been signs of it. So that is just very upsetting to me and honestly in my very own opinion it shows that someone just didn't do the job right on the day our car was checked and now we - as the customers - had to pay the price for it which to me personally means that you are not the people I would want to do business and also would tell other people to be careful.
