My 2011 CRV proved to be dead in the driveway on the evening of Nov,25. I thought there was something going on that caused the battery to quit. Early on the 26th I had the car taken by CAA to Roadsport Honda on Ellesmere Rd in Scarborough .Even though They were heavily booked and I certainly did not have an appointment ,The battery was replaced ,my car was checked out ,and I had it back by mid day. Thank you !

Fuimos a este dealer mi hijo y yo Por recomendación de un amigo,Mi hijo necesitaba un auto comprador por primera vez y apenas cumpliendo su mayoría de edad. La encargada de financiamiento María Hashemi aparte de su buen trato y cordialidad para nuestra satisfacción habla Español. El vendedor Fernando súper atento y muy puntual dándonos seguimiento con los detalles. Yo recomiendo este dealer para los hispanos en especial ya que con la ayuda de su personal que habla español la ayuda se hace más fácil.

Mr Jim Ashby helped us solve the problem with our loose rear mirror. After hearing for the problem he called us and made a new appointment today at 04 PM. The problem was fixed within 30-35 minutes! Thank you Mr Ashby! This was a great example how to treat customers!

Excellent customer Service from advisor Alex Thai and Manager Edmund Cheung. Alex communicates clearly what the problem of the car is and letting me know what work needs to be done. I also believe the mechanics do excellent work that I can rely on. My car is a very old model accord, Roadsport Honda has been my go-to place for service, maintenance and repair since I bought the car.
