Craig and his team took very good care us when purchasing our 2021. Ashley and Pablo listened to what we are needs were and provided us with multiple options that made it very easy to select our CRV EX-L. I had a very good experience buying my first car at Roadsport Honda because of Johnson. He patiently answered all my questions and was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I’ve since messaged him with various questions and he’s always quick to respond and very helpful. I’ll be sure to refer my friends to him. Thank you, Johnson!

Sachin Joshi looked after me very well for my first appt with Roadsport This is my 2nd Honda but my first ever from Roadsport and I have had nothing but superb service from anyone that I have dealt with Making the appt was very easy with Amy, who was very helpful The actual appt was on time and in total much quicker than expected Also, some other questions that I had were answered very satisfactorily I'll be back regularly Thank you, Elizabeth

Reply of email request for service was quick, within 15 to 20 minutes. Appointment booking date and time is within the same week services required - which is reasonable. Payment amount for the services is reasonable, affordable. At least, I don't have to save up for a month before I can come back to get things fixed. Work completed within the time frame as promised right at the beginning - that means they know exactly what they are doing - definitely very professional. From my ancient experience with other service companies, automobile mechanics people are usually tough and rough; however, the guys at Roadsport Honda are extremely polite, ethical, patient, respectful - I must say, they have changed my view completely. They could be tough; but they are real gentlemen.

I leased a 2019 CRV a week ago. The remote starter, and auto android have not worked since day 1. 4-5 day after beginning of lease , the wheel locked in 401 and I did not have control on the wheel for 3-4 minutes I notified the sales person and another person. I booked the first available appointment. the service manager tried the remote starter and did not work. he asked me to leave the car. the same night, Jonathan told me that they disconnected the battery and as result of restarting the computer system, it is working. it worked for a couple of minutes. the day after when I wanted to pick up the CRV. It was not working. Jonathan refused to rent a car for me. Jonathan told me the Honda manufacturing is responsible. I noticed no paper work has been done to show my car was in the service at all. The day after I called customer service. they said the 100% dealership is responsible. for whole day , Janathan and service manager did not return the call of customer service. Finally, the service manger said the CRV is not there (??????!!!!!!!!!). I went to service and still remote starter was not working. I got a total wrong report (every thing operates normal while at the same time it was not working and even it was wrten it connected to a phone that belonged to Jonathan not me). since the remote starter was not working again the took the car to the shop. After 2 hours, they (service manager) blamed everything including temperature between 5 PM and 7 PM. By the way it seems that somebody drove my CRV 50KM while it was in the service. I think they re-started again. it worked at the service. I came home at 8 PM (25 Sep. ), it is not working.

I am very satisfied by the service I received from Mohammed Al Areebi at Roadsport Honda. He listened to my concerns and and met my needs in a timely manner. He was very enthusiastic and friendly, which made my visit very convenient. I will definitely be returning to this location for any of my servicing needs.
