Excellent customer Service from advisor Alex Thai and Manager Edmund Cheung. Alex communicates clearly what the problem of the car is and letting me know what work needs to be done. I also believe the mechanics do excellent work that I can rely on. My car is a very old model accord, Roadsport Honda has been my go-to place for service, maintenance and repair since I bought the car.

I bought 2018 Honda Odyssey from Roadsport Honda Salesperson Phillpe. I was told Tires are up to the safety standards and we have taken care of everything. which I found out yesterday when I went for my first oil change in Hamilton. They told me that tires needs to change right away as they are all worn out. Since I bought the vehicle I have driven only about 5 to 6000kms. Due to the lockdown i did not drive much, otherwise I would have find out earlier. The Air Filter and A/C Filter is discustingly dirty. I felt cheated and hamulated.

Top notch service right from the get go!! I'm a happy new owner of a 2019 Honda Pilot Black Edition. <-- This is a Beauty!! I set up a test drive and had a response within no time from Niko Austriaco. Niko was did a great job getting me in to get a test drive as soon as possible. I live about an hour and half from the dealership, he fit me to make sure I didn't miss out. Niko did a great job with handling my trade in as well, I went in to the dealership looking to take this for a test drive and after talking with Niko and working out a great deal, I now have a safe vehicle for my family. I highly recommend Roadsport Honda. Darcey Hughes also did a great job going through the financing portion as well, Thank you both for a great experience!
