I highly suggest asking for Jeff brown the next time you’re in smp looking for a vehicle. Jeff made the process super easy, and he is extremely professional. I was rushed for time and he had the truck ready and I was driving away in my new vehicle within 2 hrs! Logan in finance was also awesome having all the paperwork ready to go and making what can be a painful process very easy!

Time wasted... Very disappointing customer service, and lack of communication amongst staff. I called ahead to ask if there was time to change the license plate light bulbs on my vehicle. I was put on hold so staff could find out if they had time. I was told to come in as they did have time to provide this service. I arrived at SMP within 10 minutes of calling, to be told by Clark, that they didn't have time today and I could just leave my vehicle overnight and they'd get to it later. I called back, asking why I was turned away after just calling, and Megan tells me that she wasn't the person that said they had time, and didn't seem the least bit concerned that my time was wasted. Very disappointing experience.
