Dropped my vehicle prior to 8am for an oil change. Air filter inspection amd possible change was an additional item added with my service advisor. I informed advisor that a 3:30 pickup was required, couldn't be later. At 3:15 I called multiple times to get through to a person, only to be told that the vehicle was just being pulled in at 3:30. They couldn't guarantee when it would be done so I got the shuttle back and took vehicle without service being done. Now I have to reschedule and go another workday without a vehicle. Unacceptable.

Just wanted to say thanks to Jeff Brown for the awesome support he gave us at SMP. We ended up not buying, as the vehicle didn't quite meet our needs. However, Jeff was fantastic through the whole process. No pressure to buy, and he gave us an extended opportunity to test drive and see if the vehicle would be right for us. Jeff is going to continue to keep an eye out for something and I won't hesitate to see him again if he does. Thanks Jeff and SMP for helping my wife and I.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Escape and worked with Jeff Bailey and Nick - they were both friendly and were very helpful explaining the process to a first-time buyer. Jeff was great in helping us negotiate our trade-in and Nick was very accommodating to my specific needs and situation. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helped to make the experience positive. I would recommend SMP to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Brandon and Logan were super fantastic with my sale. I came in expecting the worst and was able to leave knowing I’d just had one of the easiest experiences of my life! Thank you Logan and Brandon for making me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase! Edited 7 days after purchase - payment for my previous loan came out today and Check engine light came on, as well as the tire light has been on for 3 days with a slow leak in front drivers side. Will edit review based on how SMP handles these issues.

Went in with my mother in law and wife to look at a trade in that literally just arrived and it was perfect for mom. Scot C treated us with the utmost respect and was a complete gentleman to say the least. Overall it was the "BEST" dealership experience one could have ever asked for!
