Zero integrity at this dealership..made a handshake agreement with these guys but before i could do the paperwork and be on my way ..they decided it was ok to sell to a different customer for slightly more..pathetic when a handshake and your word doesn't mean anything..if you wanted more for it..you shouldn't have agreed to sell it to me for less...a real disservice to General Motors to have their name on this place..to whoever may read this ...save yourself some time and aggravation..skip this dishonest place and go to a Wheaton dealership..

I have used SMP for maintenance and have been very satisfied with their service since 2017. I was extremely pleased to find that the collision centre meets and exceeds the excellent standards that the service dep't sets. The workmanship was excellent and the customer service provided by Aline Hartman was flawless. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

completly beguiler， cheating on customer. My friend bought second hand car from them but actually it was a damage car with engine problem.sales person and manager avoid their responsibility. Not buy any car from this store.

Hello - the ownership of the vehicle has exceeded the time limit for warranty to cover it. Your friend left a Google review on a gas station's Google My Business page that stated: "I was filling up at the gas station around 2pm. but the engine light came on while I was driving on the highway. I went to inspect and machine show P0420 code signals. The mechanic said it related to the gasoline added. This gas station is also the first time I added it, this problem arose after adding it. please give me a solution. Everything was fine with my car before, no problems. I have the inspection and it was done last month". Your friend then left us a Google review after stating that the mechanic said that the vehicle's issues were due to the fuel. Your friend then removed the Google review from that gas station's page and have focused the blame on our dealership. We have offered your friend a discount on the parts and labour on the 2014 Lancer to ease her situation.
