Was looking for a new vehicle and had no luck with any other dealership and SMP Chevrolet actually went out of their way to help and find me what i need. Followed up on my needs and got me what i wanted in a week. Had a very pleasant experience with sales rep Brandon and Jami our financing lady. They made purchasing this vehicle very pleasant and we felt at ease all the time and was explained if every little detail. Thank you Brandon and Jami for helping us getting a the truck of our dreams!!!

To be fair, the staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. I have had my car for less than 90 days and it threw an engine code. I called the next day (Monday) and made an appointment to bring my car in Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I was called to tell me they had not been able to get my car in, Wednesday was the same story, not able to get my car in. Thursday my car was ready, was told I was called twice earlier in the day but my phone was plugged in and showed no missed calls. My repair apparently took 0.6 hours, but my car was at SMP for 2.5 days. And I was charged for the repair because it apparently was not covered by the extended warranty I purchased. I would not recommend people go to SMP service.

Very knowledgeable staff. Krista and Jami were awesome to deal with. When I was on the dealership tour the Service Manager was awesome as well. I think his name was Brent.

Horrible experience. Zero customer service or care for customers. Our vehicle was broken into on their lot and proceeded to say everything was our loss and our fault and really didn’t care about the situation. Rick the manager hung the phone up while speaking of said situation. Very unprofessional people there. The second they took our money we didn’t have value to SMP

We have offered assistance in dealing with the insurance side of things, however we cannot take responsibility for the situation as your vehicle was not broken into, but it was left unlocked on our lot by you. Our Manager said goodbye and ended the phone conversation after being continuously sworn at. Went in to sell my 2017 Ford escape, with approximately 211km. They offered me $4000 while blue book value is saying a dealer will typically offer $13,000 to $14,000. I was insulted when they made such a low offer. I have a good vehicle with minor damage, example a cracked tail light, and a few minor scrapes and dents from hail damage which a claim has been made

Hello - unfortunately due to the condition of the vehicle, we were unable to offer what you were hoping. As a dealership we are competitive with our offers, but we are not the end-user of the vehicle. We purchase vehicles and resell them, so we need to budget for any reconditioning of the vehicle. When a check engine light is on, we have to assume there is engine repairs and that is why the trade-in value was estimated at what it was.
