It could have been appreciated if car owners are allowed to see the things done of their vehicles. Owners can nowhere verify if the job was really done on the car and not just on paper. Thanks.

I have dealt with 5 dealerships over the past 25 years and the service levels I receive at SMP are simply outstanding. Devon does a tremendous job of getting your vehicles’s work completed in a timely manor as demonstrated by his efficiencies in scheduling your vehicle’s repairs. If you aren’t assigned Devon upon check in, you will be greeted by Rebecca, Samantha, or Alia who are equally as talented.
