Time wasted... Very disappointing customer service, and lack of communication amongst staff. I called ahead to ask if there was time to change the license plate light bulbs on my vehicle. I was put on hold so staff could find out if they had time. I was told to come in as they did have time to provide this service. I arrived at SMP within 10 minutes of calling, to be told by Clark, that they didn't have time today and I could just leave my vehicle overnight and they'd get to it later. I called back, asking why I was turned away after just calling, and Megan tells me that she wasn't the person that said they had time, and didn't seem the least bit concerned that my time was wasted. Very disappointing experience.

Called my car in for a recalled part and they not only called and quoted 3500 worth of repairs, but charged me 250$ even though they said it would be free. The service ladies were kind in understanding but this is not the first time smp has pulled bs

Hi Hannah - the vehicle had a recall, which is no-charge to the customer. The other items on the repair order required diagnosis and you were given a quote of parts to repair. Not overly impressed that I spent $76000 on a truck and it came damaged and not cleaned
