My latest ridgeline B service was on time and explained very well by caring staff. The shuttle service saved me from waiting at the dealership. Your drivers are pleasant and very sociable.

Welcomed - vehicle ready when promised. I'm off-warranty but keep coming back because of the service - and competitive rates. Only service glitch I've had was buying after-market wipers. Replaced them at Canadian Tire for a better price and 1-year coverage.

Easiest Vehicle Purchase Ever

This is our eighth vehicle and best experience yet thanks to James Quittention and Palladino team. Palladino staff congratulating us on our new lease! James's technology explanation of the vehicle was easy to understand and remember. We love our 2020 CR-V Touring. Great to drive, very spacious and lots of pep.
