I’ve already shared this, but I’m gonna share it again. My wife and I own a Toyota RAV4 and yet we go to Palladino Honda because they Always treat us with kindness and respect and professionalism. I recommend that people consider them for their mechanic work. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed, and if ever you were, because everybody is human, I am very confident they would make it right I gave them five stars because Ten weren’t an option. Thank you to the entire team.

Although the problem I booked the appointment for persists (clicking), Palladino Honda completed the recalls and transmission fluid very fairly. My service advisor Alyssa was very thorough and kind when explaining the situation. She even got the technician, Jonar, to explain further during a test drive. Unfortunately I couldn't recreate the clicking noise at the dealership, but I will happily take my car back to Palladino Honda if it gets worse. Thanks again to Alyssa and Jonar.

Me and my brother were looking to get a Subaru Crosstrek and checked out a bunch of dealerships and websites. I’d actually been following M360 for about two years, but never really thought I’d end up getting a car from them mainly because they’re all the way in Sudbury and I’m in Peterborough. Still, I decided to reach out just to see what they had, and I’m honestly so glad I did. They got back to me with a few great options, and in the end, we got a nearly new 2024 Crosstrek with a really good interest rate and biweekly payments I could actually afford. I never expected to find a deal like that. What really stood out, though, was their service. They didn’t just sell me the car and disappear, they actually followed up with me months later to ask how things were going. I didn’t expect that, especially from a dealership that’s not even local. It’s rare to find that kind of care, and it made the whole experience feel personal and genuine. I’d definitely recommend M360 to anyone even if you’re not close by.

When it comes to buy a car, especially if it’s your first car. It should be a good and with a good deal. That’s why I chooses to get it from my friend Motti who workers with Honda. It was a great experience and got everything done soon without any complications. I got the my first car for great deal.
