Horrible dealership. We bought a corolla and it had engine problem within 6 months. Two of my friends also had similar car troubles after buying from the dealership. They are only good at scamming people and selling the cars. We had to pay from pocket for the engine issues and had zero help from them. They even stopped taking our calls after we told them about the issue.

I recently bought a Honda Accord 2.0L Turbo Sport from Palladino Honda, and Motti Lal made the whole experience amazing. Known him for 1.5 years and always planned to buy my car from him — and I’m glad I did. Patient, helpful, and never pushy. Super smooth process and great service all around. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a car!

I had a great experience with Marc, Ethan and Ryan! They definitely pushed to work for the sale. Marc did everything he could to help me out. And Ethan drove pretty far to help me out as I didn't have a vehicle. Reason for the 4 star rating: There was a few minor things that didn't float my goat with the sales (ie. When asking 3x about a possible trade in and never getting back to me about it) even though the car wasn't worth much, it is important in sales to get back to the consumer. I was also under the impression when purchasing the vehicle that the remote start worked (I figured it out via YouTube) and if the service team will use the paint pen to fix up the paint chips. But they were still there when picking up the car. I was told he could make that happen when I followed up picking up the car with my husband and was told that he can see what he can do to make that happen. Id hope this can happen due to the amount spent on the car but if I don't hear back from him, I ll pick up the paint pen Thursday. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations in every other aspect otherwise! Just the communication with the sales team felt a bit off and forgotten sometimes especially after purchasing the vehicle.

Chad was great when selling the car , but the more I go to the dealership for issues , inquiries or just help .... I grow to hate the service more ... if I knew this was the case I wouldn't of baught a vehicle here .

I had amazing service and all staff members are very nice and very friendly they did amazing work on my car and worked with my budget because I’m on disability and my income is not very high but over all it was a amazing experience I would recommend them if your in Sudbury
