The dealership itself impressed me with its wide selection of vehicles and the knowledge of its staff. I recently bought a Honda Civic 2016 model from palladino honda, and the experience was amazing. The team was welcoming, and the process was smooth. Special thanks to Motti Lal for helping us get my first car. The car is perfect—just like new! It’s been a month, and there hasn’t been even a minor inconvenience.

Garbage car and service sucks. I leased a brand new 2023 Honda Accord and there's an ongoing issue that's affecting thousands of Honda's where you won't be able to start it, all the lights on the dash will be on, most features won't work. ie, cruise control, ABS, lane departure, automatic braking, blind spots detection, etc. The battery is reading near 100% life according to them and it's an AGM battery from factory because it has the auto start/stop feature. It's some sort of computer based electronic failure. I'm paying for all of these features and can't use them whenever it's cooler than -20. I have to boost the car most mornings. Lucky I was in the driveway with my other vehicle to boost it before work. But this morning I had to boost it with my ATV lol. Pretty sad. So I told them, "what if I was somewhere away from home where I didn't have the luxury to boost it?" Their answer, "you have roadside assistance for another less than a year. You can use that for free." Ok that's all nice and dandy and all. But what if they're 2 hours away and then I'll be late for work? Or if I'm somewhere where there's no cell service? Which is common in the North here. I don't think I'll ever get another Honda especially from Palladino Honda and I've had some for years. Not good how the quality has declined over the years. I've attached a photo but forgot to capture one when every light was on. But you can see the front camera not working and the engine light too. Among others.

I was absolutely impressed. They were able to service our Subaru in a reasonable amount of time; the young man on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. Best feature - the mechanic sent us a video of all the issues needing to be addressed. Fantastic. Very professional.
